Mary Lee Clark Elementary School (MLCES) holds the Bronze Award from the State of Georgia for the highest percentage of students meeting and exceeding standards on the 2005-2006 administration of the Criterion Referenced Competency Test (CRCT).  The panthers of Mary Lee Clark Elementary have made Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for seven consecutive years with two years as distinguished.   The 31 certified teachers and instructional specialist on staff provide quality education to the 500 students enrolled in average class size ranging from 23 (K-3rd Grade) to 28 (4th-5th Grades).
